Netflix...acquisition?

I wouldn't buy Netflix right now. They have a ton of debt and not enough profitability. And they just have to stop relying heavily on big-name talent and signing them $200M at a time. Also, commit to low-cost entertainment that draws in huge numbers of eyeballs - scan YouTube for what I'm talking about.
